Poor experience compared to usual experiences at Sytner Leicester. On arrival I was waiting for some time in the drive thru to be seen. Then when I was seen the advisor states my paperwork was not even printed out and had to wait in the waiting area.

I booked my car in for a service and MOT in the hope that any issues would be picked up before the MOT had taken place and the car would not fail. This was not the case and frustratingly it now has a 'Fail' as part of it's history

The battery on my BMW died. A breakdown vehicle got the engine going which enabled me to get the car to Sytner Leicester for a replacement battery. The Service team, despite being very busy had the battery replaced in just a few hours. Great service.

I had one issue when I got home. I received a phone call asking for feedback. I raised the issue and have never received a call back about it as I was told. It's a bit of a pointless exercise asking for feedback and then ignoring it!

As above. Appointment was at 9.30am and it was nearly 1pm by the time we got our car back. We were waiting in the area with our toddler, which seemed obvious when we dropped off but nobody asked or checked.

The cost of the service seemed unreasonably high. On the top of that I rejected a quote for a replacement of a tyre with a puncture. A high street garage found out that the tyre wasn't punctured at all.
