Car brought in 5th May for a rear differential seal change. Before work was carried out car was given a full health check which was clear. The car was returned with a multitude of error and faults. Sytner not accepted fault cause over £9000 of damage

Every time I book my car in, I drop it off at 8.30 in the morning and work seems to begin after 3pm according to the tracker provided. I am not sure why it's necessary for me to drop it off so early if there's no prospect of work starting before 3pm.

Amber engine warning light for 300 miles, so diagnostic check booked. Faulty NOX sensor found, so part ordered. However, warning light out when it came to fitting, so workshop refused to proceed with replacement.

Initial booking was a nightmare due to a new AI bot for booking. However, Pick up & Delivery service is superb, as the driver who handles this is extremely polite, courteous and friendly. He needs to be complimented and rec for his excellent service.

Non of the fluids in my car have been topped up my washer fluid had a warning on to top up the warning was cleared and when I.used the washer it came back on ..my.ad blue warning has come on a week after a service disappointed

Sytners now seem only to want to communicate viav Whatsapp. They do not answer the 'phone in the Service Department and someone is meant to ring you back. If you miss this call you get a Whatsapp message. I had to make four calls to book a service.
