Every time I book my car in, I drop it off at 8.30 in the morning and work seems to begin after 3pm according to the tracker provided. I am not sure why it's necessary for me to drop it off so early if there's no prospect of work starting before 3pm.

It was very difficult to arrange an appointment to do the Safety Recall work as the Dealer's telephone system doesn't appear to allow customers to actually speak to anyone, so I eventually drove there to book, and still their system got it wrong.

Professional and prompt meet and greet. Clear, concise explanation of process and approach. Clarification of alloy and paint insurance which was sold at car purchase (this is not joined up/ clear and should be clearer) I thought it a BMW insurance.

I dislike the AI telephone reception where it is very difficult to talk to a person. Then told you need my vehicle all day for a recall job which you know exactly how much time is required (2hours perhaps) an actual time slot would be reasonable.

My vehicle didnt need a recall, they said they would wash my car, my alloys came filthy, and samantha states that how they wash them, ive had a wash and hoover before and no way did it come back dirty. Never again id like to visit sytner leicester
